Parish Licenses
Local Retailer Alcoholic Beverage License
All establishments with a current license must re-apply to the West Feliciana Parish Council in October or November of each year. Once the application is approved, the establishment MUST purchase a Local Retailer Alcoholic Beverage License from the courthouse by December 15th in order to sell liquor after midnight on December 31st. Occupational License
Each business, including home-based businesses and service providers, located outside of the town limits must purchase an occupational license by February 28th each year. Occupational licenses can be purchased M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm at the Courthouse Annex.
